Al Yamamah University – Al Khobar celebrated International Students’ Day, organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs, in the presence of the university’s Vice President, Dr. Yazid Al-Suhaibani, along with deans of departments and colleges, as well as a number of faculty members and students, on Thursday, November 17, 2024.
The celebration aimed to showcase the cultures of various nations and explore global civilizations. It included a variety of events and activities reflecting the cultural heritage of international students, such as traditional clothing, food, and artifacts from the participating countries. Students dressed in their national attire and creatively presented traditional dishes, brochures, drawings, and artifacts from their homelands. Additionally, performances were held where students demonstrated their countries’ folkloric heritage.
