Biography:

Maryam Samer AlKhateeb, I got 8 years of academic experience which started after me received my PhD from Bournemouth University in 2015, from the department of Design Engineering and Computing. My research looked upon the concept of privacy in the context of Saudi Arabia from the female’s perspective. Before that I did my master’s degree in interior design, from the University of Brighton, and looked at the visual impact Arabic calligraphy had on the users of interior spaces. I participated in diverse design related competitions and workshops since I have started my academic journey.
