Biography:

Dr. Yasir Almalki holds a Doctor of Juridical Science (S.J.D.) in Corporate and Business Law from Widener University, USA. He also earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Dispute Resolution from Willamette University, USA. Dr. Yasir began his academic journey with a bachelor’s degree in Sharia (Islamic Law) from Taif University, Saudi Arabia, providing him with a solid foundation in Islamic jurisprudence.

Professionally, Dr. Yasir has served as a legal researcher in the Objection Examination Department at the Supreme Court under the Ministry of Justice in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, he contributed to over 100 cases, providing expert legal analysis and recommendations to support judicial decision-making. His work required close collaboration with judges, legal experts, and court personnel to ensure that each case was approached with precision and integrity. Prior to his work at the Supreme Court, Dr. Yasir practiced law at Bin Saied Law Firm in Jeddah. He represented clients in more than 120 court hearings, handling a broad range of civil, commercial, criminal, and administrative cases.
