Biography:

LaNesha’s professional qualifications include an MA in TESOL from Marlboro College, Vermont, USA and a CELTA certificate. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, LaNesha Hammett attended Hunter College in Queens, NY, where she studied world history and English literature. She began her teaching journey shortly after graduating college at a local school where she discovered her passion for teaching the English language. In 2013, joined INTERLINK as an instructor in Riyadh. In 2020, she was promoted to the position of Instructional Coordinator, training teachers in the implementation of the curriculum. Two years later, she helped establish the INTERLINK program at the new Al Yamamah University campus in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, where she serves as the Instructional Coordinator. Throughout her teaching career, LaNesha has presented at international conferences and has led professional development workshops at INTERLINK as well as online language platforms in the Gulf region. Her passion, dedication, and commitment to teaching and teacher training continue to evolve and develop as she continues to grow in her various roles.
