Ms. Ghaida Wazzan

Biography:

Ghaidaa is a dedicated academic and researcher in the field of Physical Chemistry. She was born in Makkah and obtained her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Umm Al-Qura University (UQU) in 2019. She later earned her master’s degree in physical chemistry from Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University (IAU) in 2024. With over four years of research experience, Ghaidaa has made significant contributions across multiple scientific fields, including corrosion science, electrochemistry, catalysis, photocatalysis, photoelectrocatalysis, and water treatment technologies. Her work reflects a deep commitment to advancing sustainable and innovative chemical solutions to real-world challenges. Currently, she serves as a Lecturer at the College of Engineering and Architecture at Al Yamamah University, Al Khobar branch. Ghaidaa is Passionate about both teaching and research. She aims to contribute meaningfully to the scientific and academic community by participating in impactful research and inspiring the next generation.
