Biography:
Waad Madaaj Al-Dossary is a Marketing Lecturer at Al-Yamama University, She holds a Master of Science in Digital Business from ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain, and a Master of Science in Marketing with merit from the University of Roehampton Business School, London, UK. She completed her undergraduate studies in Human Resources at Prince Mohammed Bin Fahd University in Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
In addition to her academic background, Waad is the CEO and Founder of Beyond Marketing Agency, a leading marketing firm in Khobar. Under her leadership, the agency has built a strong reputation for delivering impactful marketing solutions, including doubling client sales and enhancing brand awareness. Her expertise encompasses digital marketing, branding, and strategic planning.
Waad Al-Madaaj is also the author of Marketing in Saudi Arabia, published in 2022 and translated into English. This book offers valuable insights into the marketing landscape within the region. She has shared her expertise as a guest speaker at ESADE Business School in 2024.
Currently, Waad is spearheading the development of an innovative marketing application. Her passion for the intersection of marketing and technology fuels her deep interest in exploring cutting-edge fields such as digital marketing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, IoT, blockchain and metaverse.
Fluent in English and Arabic, with basic proficiency in Spanish, Waad brings a global perspective to her teaching and professional practice.
