Services:

  • This consultation requested by the General Presidency for Makkah Haram and Profit Mosque. It included all architectural and engineering designs for areas allocated for the movement of the handicapped in Tawaf and Sa'ie areas in Makkah Haram. My role in this consultation was a team leader that consisted of more than ten professionals (architects, engineers and technicians).
  • Another study requested by the General Presidency for Makkah Haram and Profit Mosque. The study included field surveys and data gathering in order to construct a computer simulation model that mimics the movement of the handicapped in Tawaf and Sa'ie areas in Makkah Haram. This model was used as a base for most proposed design alternatives in Makkah Haram.
  • Developing mosque design guide for Abdullatif Alfozan Award for Mosque Architecture. The guide included 20 design alternatives for the five major regions in the kingdom (Middle, Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western). For each region there were four design solutions according the size and functions of the mosque (Local, Friday, District and City Mosques). This consultation was accomplished by organizing the work into five design teams that were led and coordinated under my supervision.
  • Designing a residential complex containing 29 villas and producing their working drawings in Dhahran City for Rekaz Real Estate
  • Developing a conceptual architectural design for an office tower that exceeded 30 floors in AL Khobar City for a local real estate developer.
  • Designing a commercial/residential tower along King Fahad Road at Dammam City. The work consisted of providing three architectural design alternatives.
  • Designing a commercial mall in Dammam City. The work consisted of providing two architectural design alternatives.
  • Redesigning the main facade of AL Dhahran Expo Building located in AL Khobar City.
  • Supervising the construction and finishing work of housing compounds projects owned by Tamkeen Real Estate.
  • Supervising and reviewing design documents produced by Bin Hamri For certain projects I was fully responsible for producing quantity surveying and technical design and specifications (mechanical, electrical and structural).
  • Simulating energy consumption of certain housing units that belong to Tamkeen Real Estate Company and proposing design alternatives in order to keep energy consumption to the minimum.
