Dr. Yazeed Al Suhaibany

Biography:

Dr. Yazeed Alsuhaibany is the Vice President of Al Yamamah University at its new campus in Al Khobar, where he has played a pivotal role in the campus's establishment. His academic journey began with a BSc in Computer Science from Qassim University, followed by a Master’s degree in Management of Information Technology from the University of Nottingham, UK. He later earned a second Master’s in Information Systems and Technology at the Drucker School of Management, Claremont Graduate University (CGU), USA, where he also completed his Ph.D.

Dr. Alsuhaibany’s career spans both industry and academia. He started as a Systems Analyst at the Saudi Electricity Company before moving into academia as a lecturer at Jubail University College and Imam Abdulrahman University (IAU). After completing his Ph.D. in the United States, he returned to IAU as an Assistant Professor of Management Information Systems.

At IAU, he held several key administrative positions, including Vice Dean of Academic Affairs and Chair of the Economics Department.

In his current role at Al Yamamah University, Dr. Alsuhaibany continues to make significant contributions to the development of the new campus, enhancement of educational standards, and promotion of academic initiatives.
